The process is simple. Add little oil to the Appachi mould. Pour ready batter in the moulds. Cover it up with the lid and place it in the Microwave. Cook for 60 seconds on high power. Take out the Appachi-maker and turn upside down all the Appachi with the help of spoon and again Microwave it for another 60 seconds. Seven Appachi's are now ready to server. To make Masala Appachi, first prepare Tadka. take some oil, mustered seeds, curry leaves in a bowl and microwave it for one minute. Remove the bowl, stir it and place in Microwave for one more minute. To this Tadka add raw onion, ginger-chilli paste and ready dosa batter and mix well. Your masala batter is now ready. You can now continue the process as mentioned above.
