To get the best results, drills with multi-speeds, variable clutch and reversible direction should be selected. A variable clutch will also help to protect your drill from overheating. To avoid damage to the TurboTorx tool (and your hands), set your clutch to a torque level no greater than 25 ft. lbs (300 in. lbs.). This is about half the maximum torque power provided by many industrial tools today. To be safe, set your clutch to the lowest setting for testing.
